Planing to buy alienware laptop but cannot choose between these two..
1. Area 51-m15x

-The main problem is that with full specs in both laptops the more advanced m17 is still much cheaper. But has lower battery life(no smart bay for ext. batt) and is much bulkier. But the m15x is around 400$ more expensive and it has less superior specs (esp. processor)

-Also which is much better a m15x w/ 8GB DDR2 ram or
m17 w/ 4GB DDR3 ram??

-Moreover, in terms of graphics which card is better
1. m15x w/ 512Mb Nvidia Quadro FX 3600M??
2. m17 w/ Dual 512Mb ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3870 CrossfireX Enabled

I have a emachines t6544 witha amd single core@2.2ghz, integrated 6100 graphics(nvidia geforce)with up to 128mb of vid. memory, and a gig of ram(2 512mb modules) at 400mhz. I would like to overclock just a bit, but when i go to bios, i can only change the amount of video memory, not ram or processor speed. if someone can plz tell me how(without crashing my comp or blowing it up) I will give em the 10 pts.

Well this was the first time I had this happen with this computer. I was told that it froze and would not shut off with the power button. So it was just left to sit for approx. 5 or so hours frozen and then we had a blackout. So all power was lost and when the power came back it would not switch back on. I have replaced the power supply(I happened to have one on hand that said it was compatible with the computer). I looked all over the computer but could not find anything that might have been fried.

Is this a common problem with Emachines?
What could be the different problems that could cause this?
I have now learned my lesson with them and will no longer buy their computers.
There is actually a little green light on the motherboard when the computer is plugged in so I would assume the outlets are working. But is there some way to tell what hardware problems there might be?

My intelligent friends,
Thire is xp window is in my 20GB’s harddisk of P3 computer. Friends when i install my window in my computer it shows almost 90% if free space in primary drive. But after somedays when i install some programmes in any drive , primary drive takes some space for installation. I have installed my window one month ago. Today i have not installed so much programme or i have deleted installed programmes . But i see there only 70% percent or free space in primary drive. I always used to install programme in D drive and i dont keep history and cookies. Then why i got so little space. How can i keep free my primary drive more. Is there any other place where i can see some old files that i should delete?
Please help me.

i have little idea about MLM. what i dont know is what will toplevel get if subtree gets 2 customers and what will the subtree earn from these two customers. say p1 gets p2 and p3. each pay $2 to enter this program. what will be p1 earning for geting p2 and p3.

and if p2 gets 2 more customers underhim who pay $” each again what will p2 earn and will p1 get earn anything or no, i think he earns and keeps on earning as the members grow if i am not wrong.

please answer this for me and could you lease suggest some good sites where MLM profit distriution explain with chart or something

where we sell a product or some service and we start introducing new members in a tree form, i dont what is the profit earne dby each member and will the toplevel always earn when ever a new member is aded in his chain, if yes how much and when will he not earn

I have an old NEC laptop (VersaPro series) that I bought from Japan; about 7 years ago. The computer gets hot at the bottom sometimes, but it hasn’t really affected its performance.

I turned into tonight and it was one for maybe 5 minutes before the screen went black and stalled. The fan was still running, so I shut it down by holding the power button down. Afterwards, I wasn’t able to turn it back on and still haven’t been able to do so.

Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks!
I turned it on again a minute ago; the fan can be heard running. That’s all; the screen is still completely blank.
