when i push the power button the fans and everything comes on but the screen says no input. it was working yesterday. help!

I would say Dells are the best prebuilt systems, but I prefer making my own.

eMachines, I treat like McDonalds….only if there is no other choice, or if I’m desperate. I had a client w/ one a few months ago….Crappy, in my opinon.
The best, or worst computer is what YOU, the buyer and user think of it. I know this will vary, but I wanna see who can sway my opinion one way or the other.

“is the Emachines T5086 compatable with the verto g-force 6200 graphics card 256mb DDR . It said it needed a pci express card to fit..this computer has one but it windows don’t read it. I wonder if the video card is xp only. can someone please help me:?

The computer is Vista..not XP. What i’m wondering is maybe is it only xp compatable and not vista.
Windows vista isn’t recognizing the card. So when I put in the disk with the drivers it says there’s the card isn’t in it

I have an emachines with radeon xpress 200 graphics using 64 mb of ram. I would like to use more to improve game performance. Is this possible?

I found, in the emachines guide, that it has a section on reinstalling the operating system. It says you should reboot (or start) ur PC, while holding down F8. That brings up The Advanced Boot Options. So far, I’ve done & so far, this is where I’ve gotten. BUT, the manual says it should give an option of “Repair your computer”. But it doesn’t. It’s only showing 3 safe mode options, 2 enable functions, 2 disable functions, debugging, directory restore mode & last known good configuration. It does NOT show me the repair your computer mode. If I can find where it says that, it says I can choose full factory recovery & that the PC will load ALL FACTORY settings, from a hidden memory within the hard drive. Why does it not give me this option when I hold down F8 & go to the Advanced Boot Options & is there a way I can get to that?

My eMachines computer has a memory stick and Memory stick pro slot. I’ve inserted the adapter that came with the memory card from sony into the slot and what happens is that nothing comes up, no autoplay or no notification that a memory stick adapter has been inserted into the pc. Knowing its vista and all, im hoping its not a hardware issue on my hands. I have no idea why my pc wont recognize the memory stick adapter even ive inserted it in the right slot. If there is a solution for this plz let me know. Thank you!

Okay I have an emachines computer and when I started it up the first time I started up Internet and didn’t give enough time for the yahoo messenger to start and it froze, and i pressed the power button on my plug, okay now when i start it in the screen says windows did not successfully start and it gives couple of options to start and either one i choose it just restarts the computer and goes to the same screen HELP I NEED THIS COMPUTER FOR WORK!
