im planning on buying an Intel Core 2 Quad Q8200 processor, and i want to know if it is compatible with 64bit OS, because it doesn’t really say anywhere, and also, is ASUS EN9800GT Matrix 64bit compatible?

I have an older Compaq Presario SR1103WM with an Intel Celeron(P) 325 2.53 GHz processor. I was hoping within the next few months to replace it with a Pentium 4 processor, but I’m not sure how. What is the difference between the two? If it is possible, how do I get one, how much is it, and how do I install it? If anyone could answer any of these questions, it would be greatly appreciated.

I bought a new processor Intel Core 2 Duo E7200 2.5 GHz 3 MB L2 Cash , and i want to over clock it but i don’t know to how much because i am afraid that i crash it from overclocking.

I Have a Acer Aspire 5630 laptop and the video card has about 68 mb or so of memory and cant run anything. It is a Intel gma 950. Is there any way to replace it with a better card. And if so, where can i find one.

Someone recently purchased a Dell inspiron 1720 for me and it has the intel video card. Unfortunately it only allocates a VERY small portion of the ram (4 gigs) to the video card and that results in choppy or unplayable video games.

Does anybody know if there is a way to dedicate more ram to the video card on this system?

There doesnt seems to be many motherboard out there on market for Intel conroe 2. Do motherboard manufacturers release then same date as release date July 18 ? I dont want to be ripped off on motherboard purchase because there are only couple of boards out there and they are all very expensive.
Linux and Windows on it…with VMware virtual server to run
how long do you think I should wait to buy a decent motherboard ? mid-august ? the ones on newegg are half-decent and very pricey
